- Your Content: You retain ownership of the watchlists you create on BickerFlick. By sharing your watchlist, you grant other users the right to view and copy items to their own watchlists.
- Our Content: BickerFlick and its associated logos, designs, and content are the property of BickerFlick or its licensors. You may not use our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms.
- Third-Party Content: BickerFlick uses third-party APIs (e.g., TMDB, xAI) to provide movie and TV show information. This content is the property of the respective third parties and is subject to their terms of use.
6. Sharing and Privacy
- You can generate a share link to make your watchlist viewable by others. Only users with the share link can view your watchlist, and they cannot edit it unless they copy items to their own list.
- We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Service or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
BickerFlick is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado, USA.
